Ukrainian organisations can participate free of charge in the matchmaking and networking reception.
The registration deadline for participation in the matchmaking & networking reception on-site in Warsaw is: November 14th, 2023.
Deadline for participation in the online matchmaking is December 31st, 2023.

Costs and participation
- Cost Participation costs € 500 per organization. Each additional participant pays € 250. The service package includes:
- Participation and presentation in the NL Lounge
- Kick-off reception
- Match making
- Networking event from the exhibition organization
- Local support by the organization
- 1 conference access pass
Participation
Travel and accommodation costs are for your own account and risk. After registration we will inform you about possibilities for the stay. However, you are free to arrange your own travel and accommodation.
A maximum number of participants can be set for participation in program components.
Participation in this mission is only open to Dutch companies and knowledge institutions that fit within the above-mentioned set-up and substantive focus of this trade mission. Registration and the automatic confirmation of receipt therefore do not mean that you can automatically participate in the trade mission. You will receive a final confirmation of your participation after the registration period has closed.

Organization
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is organizing this mission in close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, the Dutch Embassy in Kiev and the Dutch Embassy in Warsaw, involved public and private partners, including NWP, top sector agro and TFHC.
Corporate Social Responsibility
The government expects all Dutch companies to practice international corporate social responsibility (ICSR), for example by complying with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
